Near retired 60ish couple. Kids have flown the coop. Recently down sized 4x2 rammed earth home 3 acres. Quiet area. Finally going on our UK trip a tick off the bucket list. We have a 20year old cat. 9 chickens 🐔 . 30 mins from mundaring most amenities Dr. Coles woollies Aldi restaurant newsagents shoes hairdresser beautician. Northam 20 mins small country town wheatbelt. Limited public transport. Has Bus to Midland 40 mins train station. Post office bakers pub church.
