About this house sitting position in Mount Macedon

We live in Mount Macedon in a 2-storey house. It is a 3 bedroom house, with kitchen, bathroom, laundry, lounge, dining and with an additional recreation room upstairs. On about a half acre with trees and front and rear gardens.

We are located about 3 mins by car to a train station.

The house is partially furnished. These areas are: the main bedroom, lounge room, dining room and kitchen.

We also have 2 free range chickens that require letting out in the morning and locking up at night. Eggs on the house (when they lay)!

Ideally would suit a couple or single person. We require a non-smoking house sitter/s to:
* live-in
* maintain the garden, and
* let out and lock up the chickens daily and maintain the coop.

While there is a garage, it will not be available for housing a car as it will have our cars in it while we are away.
