About this house sitting position in Parkwood Gold Coast

Pet sitter required for 3 weeks 16th Nov - 7 Dec. Looking for a couple or single person to house sit while we are traveling Great central location, Gold Coast Suburb 10 minutes from the Beach. Close to all entertainment, transport, and tram stops within walking distance. Golf course just down the road.
4-bedroom house with all amenities, no pool. 2 rooms with queen beds that can be used. No carpet - tiled floors in the main living area and floor paneling in other areas. Garage space for one car and room for a caravan if needed. Solar water and power. fully fenced yard and quiet street with friendly neighbors.
Pet sitting - Two 10-year-old female West Highland White Terriers, one of which requires eye drops twice every day, the occasional walk, both female and desexed, (not child-friendly dogs). One Galah, one Budgie who lives inside.
4 x Silkie Chickens feeding each day and topping up water containers. All food and treats are provided.
Watering potted Plants and Orchids. Mowing front and back yard - not a large area; have an electric mower if required.
The aviary and Bird Room will be looked after by someone else they will have access to the backyard where the birds are situated which is separate from the entertainment area. Chooks live in this area. Read more...
