Just 15 minutes from Surfers Paradise ( Australias most sort after holiday destination) with kilometers of surf beaches. 30 minutes from the Gold Coast International Airport. 60 minutes from Brisbane International Airport. Queenslands weather is said to be perfect one day, better the next! The sub tropical climate is pleasant year round. 4 min to a major discount shopping centre, central to the Gold Coast, a city of 500,000, wiith theme parks, golf, surfing, sailing, native wildlife parks, close to Brisbane, the State capital and main airport for Queensland. The climate is 85% sunny, 10% cloudy, 5% rainy, and temps in summer range from 18c at night to 29c in the day. Sea temp is 24c and beaches are patrolled full time. A great place to relax or to ‘live like a local’. OUR APARTMENT Our beautiful air-conditioned, tastefully furnished and decorated 1 bedroom / 2 bathroom podium level apartment, built with luxury finishes in 2009, the ideal location to relax and live like a local! LOUNGE. The comfortable lounge area is tasteully furnished with matching 2 seater lounges, a coffee table, reading lamps, 81cm remote control LCD television and DVD Player, offering plenty of room for a couple to relax. Spectacular views of the broadwater from longe,diningroom and balcony will enthrall. A high speed adsl internet connection is available (via our laptop) so as you may stay intouch. KITCHEN. Adjoining the Dining area, the fully equipped kitchen includes – electric ceramic glass top stove, underbench oven, microwave, refrigerator / freezer, coffee , toaster, kettle all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses and the all-important Dishwasher - everything you require to prepare a meal with no need to do the washing up afterwards ! DINING AREA. Open plan alongside loungeroom and with views to the scenic broadwater marine park through full-width patio doors, the Dining area can comfortably accommodate six people and is perfect for both formal and informal dining. MASTER BEDROOM. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with bedhead, matching dressing table and bedside cabinets, reading lamps, clock / radio and remote control, wall mounted LCD television. A built-in closet provides ample hanging/storage space. A view of the broadwater through the bay window is a feature of the room. The En Suite Bathroom, is hotel styled with power shower, is smartly fitted out with matching twin vanity bowls. BATHROOM An additional Bathroom is similarly decorated and has both shower and spa bath facilities. LAUNDRY A separate laundry is provided within the apartment equiped with a front loader, washer dryer. POOL. The rooftop pool and spa accommodates a shaded informal seating area, furnished with patio table and chairs - The Ideal spot to cool off with a relaxing drink whilst enjoying open views to Surfers paradise and as the sun goes down the lights of the vista glow. Sun-loungers are also provided for those who prefer to bask in the beautiful Gold Coast sunshine. GARAGE. An underground secure carpark is part of the complex.
