Hello!

My name is Karen. I am Australian, 35, and work full time in recruitment for the government. I am currently living with some friends who just got engaged so probably time I get out of their space! I thought house sitting might be a good idea to try out a new area before committing to a new lease. I was also keen on trying house sitting as I am off on an overseas trip for a few weeks at the end of July, and would like to save some extra spending money.

I am reliable, responsible and a down to earth person. As a home owner myself I understand the importance of leaving your property in the hands of someone you can trust, who will treat it with the same respect and care that you would yourself. I am clean and tidy and will ensure that your house is always maintained to a high standard, as if it were my own (including the garden if needed).

I grew up with dogs and the odd goldfish, and would be more then happy for any assignments that include pet-sitting. I have a pretty active lifestyle so would ensure they get the appropriate exercise if required from the stay. I have done a few regular house sits for a friend, looking after her 2 cats when she travels, and really enjoy the experience.
