Hi, we're Phil and Carol, a happily married semi-retired non-smoking couple. We both work at a local Gold Coast school part-time, while Phil is also an artist, fisherman, and great lawn bowler! We both have our Blue Cards, required for a police check when working with children. We usually live on our small Gold Coast acreage, but have let our daughter and her family live in our home while their new house is being built, so we are currently looking to house-sit as we are living in our motorhome (cosy!) in between sits. We have previously had pet dogs, cats and birds (and a dearly-loved chook called CD!), and have recently cared for our grandchildren's 10 yr old Labrador, and our other daughter's 2 very active cross-Labs and pet rabbit in Perth. We are responsible, reliable, non-smokers, have always kept our homes spic-and-span, and would be meticulous with your home. We have a pool ourselves, so would be able to do pool maintenance if required. Phil is a keen gardener and loves to potter around the garden and lawn. We have recently completed a house/pet (puppy, fish and turtle!) sitting position at Labrador, a home and doggy sit at Highland Park, a home and 2 doggy and 1 cat sit at Robina Woods, a 4 week position at Carrara, a Main Beach sit from beg Feb to mid Feb, and a Helensvale house/pet sit til end March.
