About this house sitting position in Abbotsford

Our home is a two bedroom terrace that is slowly being renovated and is located off busy Victoria Street and close to the Yarra river, scenic bike paths and kilometres of parklands. At home, I would want you to feel comfortable and at ease as its semi-renovated state prevents any expectations of perfect order or pristine living and any priority of care must go to my biggest loves, Poppy and Black Cat.
Poppy is big, black and extremely gentle. She just needs love and a decent walk each day to be happy. She'd love to sleep on your bed, but is understanding if she can not and will position herself close to you on the floor. She is great with other dogs (if you have one), well trained and responsive to commands and will never stray far from you or home. She has a gorgeous soft nature but sounds like a ferious guard dog if someone knocks on the door. She is clumsy like a puppy and inclined confuse shoes for chew toys and likely to destroy anything else left lying around when she is home alone.
Black Cat is self described and will let you know when to feed him, pat him or water him, but will mostly move in and out at his leisure. He may also want to sleep with you, but he is adaptable if he is unwelcome.
I have great neighbours incase if you get stuck or require help. Please respect my privacy and my home. I wish for you to enjoy your stay and would want to know if there is anything further i could do to help ensure your comfort.
