About this house sitting position in Alawa

While you house sit for us you will be able to see Darwin at it's best. Warm, calm days and nights watching the thunder storms roll in with their spectacular lightning. The day's heat is tempered by the afternoon's flooding rain. Nature at its best. Our house is modest but is surrounded by tropical vegetation, frogs, lizards and birds. We have a large undercover outdoor area to relax in.

We are seeking someone to house/pet-sit over the Christmas period. We have one large dog and one small cat and one large goanna that lives in the roof. Yes this time of year in Darwin is very hot and humid but the house has air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms and there are two public pools only 10 minutes away. Litchfield is only 2 hours away and Kakadu 3. The beaches are beautiful and the fishings not bad either.

Our pets are low maintenance. Stanley our dog is happy with a short walk and then wants to sit on the couch with you for a rub. We are currently teaching him good doggie etiquette. Our cat comes in for a smooch occasionally and if you're lucky will sleep at the end of the bed.
