We have a fantastic north facing, very sunny deck with mountain views. 2 minutes walk to bus, shops and supermarket. Have 2 undemanding cats to be fed twice a day, and like to put food out for possums at night. Smoking outdoors OK. Quiet nieghbourhood, great CD collection to listen to!
