About this house sitting position in Armidale

We have a 4 bedroom 1 Bathroom house with Solar power, NBN internet connection and Austar TV. There is a cafe and couple of shops within a few blocks. There is also a nice walking path to the CBD

The current family members who would require care is a very large (40kg) 11 month old border collie cross puppy (Max)and 13 yr old cranky indoor cat (Bama). There is a dog park directly across the street and Max loves to go there so we would expect our guest to take him there for exercise a couple times a week. The cranky cat (Bama) just requires feeding and a litterbox cleanup as needed.

We will also be needing someone to take care of house/pets the 27th Dec 14 through the 6 Jan 15 and will be running a separate ad for that period.
