We have a lovely recently renovated Queenslander in the leafy inner western suburb of Bardon. The renovation is continuing with the swimming pool, pool house and gardens expected to be completed by 1 December. The main house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bathrooms, formal and informal living spaces. The pool room has a loft bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. We're hoping to secure someone who will water the new gardens, feed our animals (small dog, budgie and maybe chickens) and keep the house neat and clean. Bardon has an abundance of beautiful parks, great cafes and restaurants all within walking distance of our home. Rosalie Village which is a 15 minute walk also has a cinema. The fabulous shopping in Paddington is a 5 minute drive away and there is a bus to the city almost at the door.
