About this house sitting position in Bribie Island

Bribie Island is half way between Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. There are no traffic lights or having to wait to park. A very slow quiet way of life. You can walk to shops from my low set Queensland home as well as to calm side with a longer walk or bike ride to surf side.
I have a cottage out the back which is at present rented to a professional young girl who shares house kitchen and bathroom but is away for holidays and week ends and out most of the time. However she is only renting until August.
My home has 3 bedrooms + cottage. There is airconditioning and a lovely shady fenced back yard.
I am looking at a house swap at Terrigal or Avalon to be coastal but still near my kids in Sydney for Christmas school holidays.
I have 2 tiny very well behaved dogs I would want to bring with me.
