About this house sitting position in Bruce

Hi, I live in a 2 storey townhouse within a complex of 20 homes. Bruce is very central and close to bus routes, Westfield shopping centre, the lake and a few indoor swimming centres/gyms. The guest room (with ens) is on the entry level, near the study and the living area so there are no stairs to climb. The house and location are good but my main priority is the black 'special needs' pug who is only 6, but very needy. I must have someone who can cater to his demands, and look after him as I do. He was very sick as a pup and we nearly lost him a few times so any stress makes him even more pathetic. OK - he's not that bad but he wouldn't cope being on his own for too long as he is a 'people dog'. My parents had agreed to care for him while we are away but recently moved into a retirement home then told me he's not allowed to stay.

It will be winter in June and Canberra gets quite cold at night. The house has ducted heating but while it's a clean and easy form of heat, it's certainly not the same as a wood fire (previous home)! However the days can be lovely if you don't let the cold beat you, and pup does require 2 short walks each day so you'll soon get used to it.
