About this house sitting position in Campania

We are looking for a mature person/couple to care for our home while we travel. General home maintenance, looking after three hens, some watering is all that is required. Our home is comfy and cosy in winter, fully insulated, with a wood heater ducted through the house and a sunroom to catch all day sun. We are on tank water. Set on a large block in a quiet valley, it is very quiet and peaceful here. We are 5 mins to Campania with general store, petrol, post office; 10 mins to historic Richmond with cafes, pub, chemist, IGA supermarket; 40mins to Hobart. Broadband Internet and wifi included. We will provide wood but, given the length of the sit, we ask you to pay electricity.
