About this house sitting position in Chapel Hill

two story home with gardens and pool. We intend to have a pool maintenance person to check pool once per month but otherwise would like someone who is used to looking after a pool. The house is low maintenance and the ground floor is set up like a low set home with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom so no need to climb stairs to second level. Kitchen has dishwasher and double oven.
