About this house sitting position in Charlestown

We have a 3 bedroom home which has ducted air conditioning, 2 cats, a heated pool, a spa and some vegie gardens. The house is on a fairly steep block so there are stairs to go outside and down to the pool and gardens, so good mobility is required to get around.
We will need someone to look after the cats, water the gardens and maintain (and preferably) use the spa and pool. It will be tick season when we are away, so we hope someone can check the cats daily for ticks just as a precaution, as they go outside during the day but spend the night inside.
We live in Charlestown which is around 10mins drive to Newcastle and a 2 min drive to the major shopping complex in the region. There are also many restaurants nearby.
There will be a car available to use if required.
