Low set 3 bedroom home only 10 years old. 2kms from a large shopping centre. Close to Riverway which has free swimming lagoons and great walkways. We are a western suburb of Townsville about 14 kms from the airport.
Small yard to mow (takes 20 minutes) every couple of weeks. Water some plants. You could easily go away for a few days at a time to discover the rest of North Qld.
