A beautiful old home in the Perth Hills overlooking the city in a quiet street in one acre of established garden and 5 minutes walk to National Park. Our dog is a very friendly cocker x cavalier spaniel, who needs a walk every day and spends most time inside, apart from chasing a ball.There will be little garden maintenance at this time of year.
