About this house sitting position in Dundowran Beach

We are looking for a mature couple to house sit our home. The house is easy care - a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/family room with 4 bedrooms butonly two are open. We have fans, airconditioning and wifi. It is situated 10kms out of Hervey Bay and less than a km to the beach. It is a very tranquil area. The house is on 1/2 acre and we have a saltwater pool. The back deck is the most utilised part of the house- that's where we have our meals basically all year round! The area is very green with lots of bird life. There are three steps at the front of the house and 12 at the back. You will need a car. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, a medical centre and and a take-away.shop about 500m from the house. There is also a golf club and a pub about 2-3kms away.
You will be required to look after the house, the garden, the lawns and the pool. No pets. We will leave you a box to store of our mail.
National Police Clearance certificate and references are a must.
No smoking is also a must.
