About this house sitting position in Either Glen Iris or Somers

I need someone to look after my 4 pets (2 cats and 2 dogs) for around 3 weeks in March 2015. The dogs are small - Cavalier King Charles and the cats are Tonkinese. They all get on well. Cats are indoors with cat run. The dogs need to be walked and there are parks near my townhouse and a lovely beach at Somers. The pet sitter could stay in my townhouse in Glen Iris or beach house at Somers. I would like to make contact with someone who could do regular sitting for me because I am away again in June July. My dogs love children so as this is over school holidays family might like a beach holiday. The Glen Iris house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beach house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
