Located in the lovely town of Faulconbridge (Blue Mountains, near Springwood), close to the heritage-listed Norman Lindsay Gallery and Cafe. Within a 30 minute walking distance (or a 5 minute drive) of both Faulconbridge and Springwood stations (only 30mins to Penrith or 90mins to Sydney), our 3 bedroom + study brick veneer home is located in a cul-de-sac and the backyard (with inground pool) adjoins the bush reserve to the west. We have 2 female dogs... a samoyed (Snowy) and a border collie (Jemma) and possibly a cat (his name is Smokey and he's part British Blue... it just depends whether the parents/in-laws want his company whilst we're away). Minimum duties are to ensure they are fed and have fresh water each day. Whilst they love walks, they both tend to be energetic until they get worn out! Relax watching Foxtel or for the computer enthusiasts, wireless internet is provided. Faulconbridge is also home to the Corridor of Oaks (oak trees planted by Australia's Prime Ministers) and the final resting place of Sir Henry Parkes, but more importantly it's located within the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains region around 30mins travelling time east of the main tourist attractions of Leura and Katoomba (Echo Point and the Three Sisters).
