About this house sitting position in Gordon

We are looking for someone to look after our lovely home in Gordon over the Christmas/New Year period.
Large air conditioned 4 bedroom home with a big yard and swimming pool.
We also have an 12 year old cat that is anti-social.
She just needs to be fed and watered and her litter box cleared out.
She sleeps inside but keeps to herself most of the time.
Other duties would include clearing out the mailbox,putting the bins out and pool maintenance which I think is pretty easy care.
Close to Gordon train station and shops-approx 15 minutes walk.
We have only just moved in so there are unpacked boxes in rooms but still room to move.
