I have a 3 bedroom ensuited highset home (secure parking) in the quiet southside Brisbane suburb of Holland Park. I am close to public transport going directly to the CBD or direct bus route to Garden City Shopping Centre.

The house has broadband, and a rear deck for entertaining.

I have 2 cats and a dog that require in-home residential care whilst I am away. The dog is still relatively young (2.5 years) and is very excitable, so confidence with dogs is essential.

I'm looking for someone to live in the house as I would. Duties include care of the animals, day to day watering of plants, putting out bins etc. I have a cleaner who comes once per week to do the heavy cleaning. No cost to you.

I am a non smoker, however have a front and rear deck and will allow smoking outside. I have great neighbours, but we all appreciate a little peace so a quieter style of person would fit in well.
