About this house sitting position in IPSWICH

We are first timers at this......Looking for a mature aged female single or couple to house sit & care for our three cats,one of whom is very old, & has daily medication, is spoilt rotten, loveable & tends to be queen bee of our home, chickens & a cottage garden. Non smoker/drinker.. Prefer someone to be home most of the time as one of us is nearly always here. We intend to be away o/s from mid Dec 2015 - mid to late Jan 2016, definite dates to be confirmed.
We are fortunate to have wonderful neighbours who are only happy to chat & assist you, one is like my sister.
Two bedroom, renovated, clean & tidy old miners cottage, ..... air con, foxtel.
We are situated very close to two train stations, TAFE & bus stops to all shopping centres, public swimming pool within walking distance.
