Large House on acreage in a very beautiful but isolated part of the Otways secluded bush area, 3 sides bordering National Park. Spacious kitchen and living area including billiard room. Vegetable garden to tend and chooks to feed. The house is too friendly to leave empty and it's great to share it with others
Would suit family or fit active couple, especially suited to people who enjoy nature, peace and quiet and wish to paint or write. Last winter I had an artist stay and she loved it! Would be an ideal retreat for a writer also. It's a bit isolated and there is a bit of garden maintenance required so i would prefer a couple.
