Large dual level apartment in Mosman above Cremorne Point walk. Close to shops and ferry transport to city, with secure onsite parking if you have a car (recommended but not essential - depending on where you need to go )
Requires care of one cat - a rescued moggie who is very shy until she trusts you. Only needs feeding, quiet company and an understanding of cats, no health issues.
Chloe is scared of men / multiple people so please read my preferences.
