About this house sitting position in Orange

Hi - I am seeking a sitter for my house, cat (14) and dogue (12). My home is low maintenance, comfortable...my pets are spoiled and need a pet lover. I would prefer a single woman who is 40+ because this is what the fur people are used to.

I have a small yard with a basic garden - it is also low maintenance. Good neighbours to help out if you need.

I have family near by to assist, or to take over care if you wish to have a weekend away yourself.

Whilst you don't necessarily need a car - because Orange is a small town I think it would be best if you have one. Orange is also cold in winter - must warn you - but it's a nice town of 35,000 or so people. Big food/wine area, good local theater, cinema etc - LOTS of restaurants. About a 4 hour drive to Sydney or Canberra - and serviced by plane, bus and train daily.

No smoking, no pets - and no overnight visitors of your own during my absence.

I've just been left in the lurch at the very last moment, by the house sitter I had arranged - so forgive me if I ask a lot of questions - I'm a little "gun shy" at the moment. Read more...
