About this house sitting position in palmerston

hi i need a house sitter for 7-10days over xmas from the 24th till the 2nd/4th jan.
We have a miniature dachshund dog who needs minding also.
we have a two bed modern apartment with 2 bathrooms open living are and large balcony.We also have a 5m boat with 40 hoarse that can be used for a bit of fishing boat ramp very near by.nice veiw of oval and bush land shared swimming pool and a play ground 20 min from city center sliding doors from bedroom and kitchen to balcony place is less than a year old nice new kitchen and modern bathrooms reason for getting a house sitter is to mind our dog pixie
