About this house sitting position in Parkwood

Hi, I'm looking for a dog Sitter while I travel for 4 weeks between Friday 24th June 2016 & Friday 22 July 2016

Location Details - The Parkwood/Arundel region offers everything in quality lifestyle you could want. E.G gold courses, secure estate living, public facilities - parks BBQ areas, walking & cycling trails. Townhouse is centrally located close to the new Gold Coast University Hospital and Griffith University; Sharks Club and Harbour Town and Local shopping complex.

Room/House Details - Fully furnished 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom Townhouse located in a small gated complex close to public transport.

House and Room Features include:
- gated security complex
- parking space
- good size kitchen
- Private yard
- room with fan, furnished with queen bed

Pets - I hope you like dogs, 'cause I have a boxer, he is fun, friendly and well behaved. My dog is beautifully natured and is allowed inside supervised.

I 'might' have a tenant living in the house during this time, as I rent out a room in my home for extra cash and these people come an go.
