About this house sitting position in Pearl Beach

2 bedroom cottage with spacious tree-lined yard in one of the Central Coasts most scenic and peaceful suburbs. One street back from beach and close to all amenities (cinema, supermarkets, library, etc.)
Pets are: 1 small dog, a Sheltie, friendly and gentle and 1 cat, a British Short-hair. My husband and I will be away for l4 days. We need a animal lover to provide food and companionship, as well as daily walks for dog.
We would also expect the inside and outside of house to be kept clean and tidy. Also no loud noise that might disturb neighbours.
We would need to meet with prospective sitter beforehand.
