About this house sitting position in Perth

We have a one bedroom unit with a courtyard in Mount Lawley. Our street is a nice, quiet and peaceful street with everything you need situated very close. We have off-street parking and the supermarket, train station, petrol station, cafes and pub/bars are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Perth CBD is less than a 10 minute drive away. It's the ideal location!
We have a beautiful little black cat named Elke. We just adopted her as she was left behind on our street by her previous owners. She is very easy to take care of as we are letting her settle in at her own pace. She is still a little cautious at times but mostly she is very relaxed and happy. She is the most affectionate cat we have ever met :)
Elke simply requires someone to feed her in the morning then let her outside where she is happy to spend the day if nobody is home. Then in the afternoon/evening she will come in to be fed again and spend the night curled up in her favourite chair or with us on the couch.
We actually have two separate times we will be away for. The dates we will be away are: leaving on the Thursday the 8th January and returning on Tuesday 13th January, and then, leaving on the Thursday 22nd January and returning on Saturday the 24th January. If you can only make it for one set of dates and not the other, that is fine.
