About this house sitting position in Richmond

Looking for a housesitter to look after my white fluffy puppy, Guinot while we are overseas from the middle of April to the middle of May. Not looking for a couple, a single person please. The house is 250 walk to the tram and train and is 10 minutes to the city. You can see the city from the house which is located in a very quiet street. Permit parking available. Needs to be clean and tidy and good communication is essential as I'll be in some remote areas of Africa. I look forward to hearing from someone who fits what we are looking for. Thanks for reading
