Modest home close to the beach and all the Sunshine Coast has to offer.
The property is low maintenance, particularly over winter and may just need a splash of water on the plants from time to time.
We have a 6 year old German Shepherd who loves people and is mostly well behaved. (Sometimes he still acts like a big puppy! :) He is an outside dog and loves to get a decent walk each day. Being a large dog it is best to have a confident person who can take charge and let him follow.
