About this house sitting position in South Hobart

My husband and I live in Grayling Avenue which is situated off Huon Road (just past the Davey St/Huon Rd boundary) on the way to Mt Wellington. It is walking distance from the city (takes me 45 min) and we are surrounded by bush with the Waterworks Reserve over our back bank. We have a little staffy x jackrussell dog and 10 chooks to look after. We are driving to Brisbane, leaving on 15th March and will need a house sitter for 15 days, returning 30th March. Our home is a large, double brick, rendered house which is comfortable and in a peaceful location. We have vegetable and flower gardens but we wouldn't expect any gardening duties unless the sitter wanted to do it. We mainly would like someone to keep an eye on the house and look after our dog, Milton and our 10 hens.
