We live on 200 acres, approx. 30 kms from Canberra city, 10 mins from Gungahlin. A lovely house with good heating (double glazing, gas and wood heaters) and windows facing north for the sun. No farm work or gardening is required. We have about eight chooks to look after. Family nearby in the unlikely event of anything requiring attention.
