Home & Granny Flat on acreage with cats, dogs, horses and cattle. 15mins to Tamworth, Sydney side of town. Tank Water so need understanding of the importance of water. We have great neighbours and friends that could help anytime, we just need someone to live in to look after the cats and dogs who sleep inside. Experience with horses preferred.
