About this house sitting position in Trentham East

Seeking a mature age non-smoking single female to look after our home whilst on holiday. Ours is a Rural property of 65 acres in a park like setting with a magnificent lake. Lots of birds with swans and ducks on the lake, visible from the house and frogs croaking in the evening. Quiet, peaceful & secluded. House is a small Log cabin with modern interior comprising usual comforts.

Must have a vehicle as there is no other transport.

We will require a lift to Melbourne Airport and a pickup upon our return for which we will reimburse you.

We will need to brief you either before the assignment or well before on our day of departure as there is a bit to go through, being a rural style property.

Police check and references required. Sorry no additional sitters, children or pets.

We have two cats that require care. One lives exclusively outdoors and the other lives mostly indoors. They are never allowed to meet face to face, so some careful cat management is required, but not difficult - it is what they are used to. One litter tray indoors. All cat food will be provided.

Our two cars will need to be turned over whilst we are away.

Vegie garden to poke around in if you like gardening. If you want to garden more, there is more if wanted. Perhaps a little watering if weather gets dry.

There is no garbage pick up where we live, so you will need to dispose of any garbage elsewhere.

Nothing else other than clean and respectful living inside the home. Read more...
