About this house sitting position in Walloon

We are a retired couple who love to travel. Our home is a well established four bedroom, low set house on small acreage. Plenty parking, 2 spots under cover. 2 dogs, 1 large and clumsy (Mastif X, 2.5yrs) the other is 6yr old Jack Russell (the Boss). Banjo requires regular exercise, preferably with out Magnus' help. They get silly together.
Fairly quiet area but can hear Amberley Air Base and jets fly over. House sits on top quarter acre in established garden with fenced off paddock and dam. Property fully fenced. 10/15 min walk to township, 2 min. drive. 10 min drive east to Ipswich. 10 min. drive west to Rosewood. 40 min. drive to Brisbane.
Walloon has a Primary school, train station, hotel, IGA, pharmacy, Doctor's surgery, takeaway, bakery.
Gated property with large shed (husband is a blacksmith/metalworker) and a demountable craft studio, (I'm a quilter).
Could be considered isolated but houses on large blocks are all around. We are centrally situated within other blocks. Unsealed track leads into our property so no roads pass us.
