About this house sitting position in WILMOT

We need someone who loves the winter months in Tasmania for 5/6 months from late May to November 2015.
I have a country acre with veggie garden and 8 chooks (chickens), 4 sheep who mow my lawn. You need to be active and have a passion for gardens. BooBoo is our big wonder dog who loves to loves to show you tricks, swim and go for a run on the country roads to keep fit.
I need a sitter who will look after my home and garden, run my dog and swim him in the home pond and / or Lake Barrington near where I live. I live only 40 mins from the lovely world heritage Cradle Mountain. I have a canoe and tennis courts are only under 2ks away where the local Wilmot shop is, and a primary school, town hall. Indoor Bowls all winter at the Hall.
The weather gets from -3/5C up to 16C. in the winter & in the summer it gets up to 36C. I have a wood stove, a Rayburn II, very antique, great for cooking and heating the water free, but dose not heat the house. I have a new portable heater, and a wood stove in the back room. You need to pay for the use of Aurora, internet and phone.
Understanding organic gardening, is a priority, no poisons please. I live in an alternative way, it works for me. I am looking for a special environmental skilled person who understand how to save water when there is a drought in wintertime, how to fix my water pump when it breaks down, and how to save water as all things come from rain and no connection to the mains, thank goodness. The lawnmower is a push mower to keep you fit.
You also have the choice to stay hear with me for the summer as I am also a CouchSurfer host and a HelpX Host, teaching folk about our environment and organic gardens, etc. 'Permaculture'. I am an artist and do painting, sculpture and glass work. I also teach Glass, Art, Painting, Massage and Music and Landscaping.
Mow the lawn around the home, it is a great push mower, good for the oversize. Keep garden weeded and pick veggies and use, gather eggs and eat and sell them to my friends who love to buy them. Clean the chook house and put it on the veggie garden.
Keep the fences safe around the Garden and around the house so the sheep do not get into the veggie garden or the home garden.
Keep the home clean.
Look after the three sheep. They are friendly. It is important to make sure they do not eat my trees and stay inside the fenced off area.
Water my plants when it dose not rain.
I have 1.2 acres of Garden with a large pond my dog loves to swim in. Sometimes there is Platypus in the pond and ducks so keep an eye on the native animals and keep my dog confined by telling him to sit and stay or put him on a lead when this occurs. He has his own bed and kennel but is wonderful in the house at night as he is very quiet and clean. He will tell you when the chooks need feeding and when he needs to go out for a pee. He talks to me often. hahahaha!
