About this house sitting position in York

Hi House Sitters,
We are a couple in our late 50's with a 3x2 house on a half acre in York. We intend to leave for approximately 3 weeks on a overseas holiday in September. Our property has many roses and shrubs and a number of fruit trees, a large rear patio with garden and a huge enclosed vegetable garden. There is no lawn to maintain.
Our only pet is one spoilt cat...aren't they all!
The house has all the modcons, dishwasher, solar panels,foxtel,a huge dvd movie collection, woodburner with plenty of firewood and great views. We are a 15-20min walk from the main street of York.
Would prefer mature experienced couple or single, non smoker with a police clearance and references.
