There is no cost for a Home Owner to place an "I need a house sitter" advertisement on the Mindahome website.

House Sitters - $49 annually

For House Sitters our service is AUD$49 charged annually. There is no limitation on location or number of positions you can take. You need to register and then choose the House Sitters membership option. Access is immediate if paying by credit card. There will be a delay of a few days if paying by debit card, cheque or money order while payment clears. We will notify you by email when payment has cleared and your account is active.

For people interested in listing their homes in our House Swap Home Exchange database and contacting others listed there, our service is free. You need to register and then choose House Swap membership option. You won't be able to contact other House Swap members until you list your own home.
