Moving to Tasmania from south-west WA in late October 2019. Would like to live in several suburbs of Hobart, or close by, during the first 12 months of settling in, before deciding where to buy. Active interests include bush walking, wildlife photography, aspects of astronomy, and social dancing. Had ducks, budgies and a close companion dog as a child (see photos), and cat, galah, ducks, rabbits and guinea pigs as an adult and parent. Haven't house-sat for decades, but have looked after properties I have rented and owned. Have basic home handyman and gardening skills. Lots of time on my hands now I'm recently retired. Six trips to Tasmania in the past three years. Love the place and the vibe.
