Hello!

My sister, Emily, and I are currently travelling a lap around Australia and looking for new places to visit and explore and houses/pets to care for over short periods of time (one month maximum). We are quiet, responsible, respectful and capable people who love animals and are non-smokers. We both, individually, have house/pet sat for people in the past however are new to MindaHome. In the past we have pet sat for dogs, cats, and chickens for periods up to four weeks.

Emily owns a 3 year old dog, Stanley (not travelling with us), and we are also well versed in looking after cats as we had one for 15 years growing up. Emily also used to live on a cattle station which had cattle, horses and dogs. We have both lived independently and been required to maintain gardens and lawns and kept high standards of respect for the houses/units we have rented.

Our rough travel plans include south WA in December and January, SA in February and March then heading further east. Our dates are pretty flexible so please feel free to message as we may still be in your area or happy to make the trip to it. Any tips on what to explore in your area would be a bonus!

We are in a 17ft caravan which we love but we also adore creature comforts that come with a house/unit (e.g. tv, aircon, couch, full bathroom). We enjoy reading, fishing, painting, hiking and swimming. Our ideal house sit would include exploring some of the area for parts of days then relaxing at home with your beloved animals but we are happy to negotiate.
