I am a very fit, extremely reliable and trustworthy pensioner from Australia. I do not smoke and only occasionally have an alcoholic drink when I visit friends.

I love fishing, this came from growing up in a place called Kiama NSW as a child. I would go fishing before and after school.

I also love to garden and learned my skills in agricultural college. Nowadays it is mainly creating and maintaining a veggi patch. However, in Queensland where I was on 2 hectares I landscaped the whole property.

I walk every day at a fast pace (about 1 hour) to keep fit. Love bush walking.

Just from the above you can see that I love being outdoors.

I am a very good handyman which I learnt from my father who was a builder and my initial degree in civil engineering.

The most important thing to me is a reasonable internet speed as I develop computer applications to add money to my pension. I do this at night after spending my day outside. This stems from being a computer programmer in my early career. I then moved on to be senior program Director for Asia Pacific before retiring. If you do NOT have fast internet then I have Mobile Broadband and this will work well as long as you have good mobile service.

I could visit (provided I am in your area) to enable you to meet with me and provide a handover.

I also love animals, this includes dogs, cats chooks, fish also horses and other farm animals. Most love me.

I have a Police Clearance document that shows I have no police record.

I guess that one of the most important things is to have someone in the house for security. Recently at Lulworth in Tasmania, where I house sat for 5 months, the police informed me that had I not been there the property would have been robbed as the properties on either side were.

I would take excellent care of your home, garden and animals and any other activities that you may require.

Farm Stay at Cornwallis - NSW

Richmond NSW where I took care of all the animals and the property (40 acres) I tended 10 Polo Horses, a cat and chooks, Mowed 10 acres on a zero turn 92 in mower, took care of the vegi patch, trimmed the hedges and whipper sniped. I also did general maintenance and took care of the BnB business. I had been at this location for the past 9 months. I was initialled required for 3 months but the owner wanted me to stay on.

Darwin Waterfront Precinct - NT

I was at this site for 4 months. I was the caretaker of 14 fully serviced apartments Up-Market BnB $700 to $1000 plus a night. Here I introduced all Bnb guests to their residents, took care of their needs, performed audits of rooms before guests arrived to ensure all was Good and performed general maintenance. I also took care of the owners 2 dogs.

Bathurst NSW

3 week stay where I took care of the property. Performed maintenance, lawn mowing, hedge trimming and care of the garden.

Dungog NSW
==========
2 Months. Took care of the acreage property, Dog and 2 horses.

Lulworth - TAS
============
I took care of this property on the northern seaboard of Tasmania for 5 months. Did general maintenance of the property including garden maintenance. This was a holiday area where most residents left for the winter. I was mainly there for security while the owners travelled Australia.
