Hello, I’m Katie 🌻

House and pet sitting has been part of my life for several years now, and it is something I genuinely enjoy. There is something special about stepping into a home, caring for it with respect, and making sure everything runs smoothly while the owner is away.

At 56, I bring calm energy, reliability, and plenty of life experience. I am currently completing my Master’s degree online, so my days are structured and mostly home based. That means your home and pets receive real presence and consistent care.

When I am not studying, I live simply and with appreciation for the present moment. My days include meditation, walks, healthy cooking, sunshine whenever possible, and yes, a good comedy show in the evening lol… Balance matters, right? :-)

I have house sat across Australia and the UK, including several longer stays on the Gold Coast, which I consider home. I have cared for dogs, cats, and the occasional garden that believes it is a jungle, and I love their unique energy. Many of these arrangements were private, and I am very happy to provide references alongside the reviews here.

At this stage, I am looking forward to a longer term (the longest the best to be honest) sit where I can settle comfortably while continuing my studies and offering steady, committed care in return.
