Available in South NSW, (preferably between Broulee and Bateman's Bay) from early March.
I'm trying to save some money for a place of my own to live.

I'm clean,respectful, have a quiet-life-style, plus I'm honest and responsible.
I don't smoke or drink. I will not be going out in the evening or at night, so I'll always be around for your pets and to keep your home inhabited.
I'm good with plants.
I have an allergy to dogs but I'm easy with every other kind of animal, big and small.
I have good Airbnb reviews confirming that I'm "..very clean, considerate, quiet" + "Tidy and friendly".
A recent review from Tricia in Berrara where I stayed with my son Joe: "Joseph and his mum, Afifa, were very easy guests. They communicated well at all times, left my place neat and tidy, and were quiet while they were here. I would recommend them highly to other hosts." (January, 2019).
I have a reference attached from a recent house-sit in Mona Vale; and a Police check.
There are other people in NSW who will vouch for me, if you need to talk to someone.
