I'm a 28 year old high school teacher from Sydney. I own and live in my own home (with my sister). And, being a teacher, I get to enjoy school holidays! Usually I would spend these traversing the globe. These holidays, I've stayed in Sydney/Australia. And as a result I'm craving a change of environment! A change of house for a few weeks is an excellent way to 'take a holiday' without actually being on one (while you are out on holiday)!
I don't smoke, drink or even party. If you consider your stereotypical high school English teacher- that's pretty much me! I like to spend my evenings jogging, reading, making students work and watching reality TV. Owning my own home- I know exactly how I would like people staying in my house to respect my belongings. And that's is how I will treat yours.
I have a lot experience with animals, dogs, cats and horses mainly- growing up with all kinds of animals. I own a large dog (German shepherd x Rhodesian Ridgeback). However, she is rather old now and so resides in reiterement with my parents in the blue mountains. I absolutely love animals- and would relish the opportunity to care for your pets while you are away- as it also means I do not have the long term responsibility of my own pet and can go overseas myself the next school holidays with out needing to worry about the care of my animals.
I am also very fit- very much enjoy jogging! So have no issues taking large/energetic pets for long walks! Read more...
