About Me

I’m a fit, practical, independent 45-year-old with a love of animals and plenty of experience caring for homes, gardens, and pets of all shapes and sizes. I’ve travelled to more than 40 countries and have looked after everything from ridgebacks and ragdoll cats to backyard chooks, aquariums, turtles, show dogs, horses, and swimming pools.

I’m reliable, respectful, tidy, and easy to communicate with. My goal is simple: you return to a clean home, healthy pets, and thriving plants — and enjoy peace of mind while you’re away. I’m very comfortable caring for homes that need a bit of attention to detail, and I’m reliable with routines like plant care, watering schedules and outdoor maintenance. I really enjoy home environments that are peaceful, well set-up and house-proud, and I treat every sit as though it were my own home. I can be a tiny bit OCD when it comes to cleanliness and order. Plus, I know what to do after a power outage!

Work & Lifestyle

I work part-time as a mental health researcher (Tues–Thurs) both on-site and remotely, and have flexibility to spend plenty of time at home. I’m a non-smoker with my own transport, and I enjoy the companionship and routine that pets bring.

Beyond grateful to Erin, on so many levels. We had a last-minute sit for our amazing two dogs and much-loved cat for over a week and were lucky enough to have Erin cross our paths.
Her communication was second to none. She was flexible and committed, adapting quickly to our last-minute movements, which put us completely at ease.
She sent us updates which reassured us that our pets were happy and well looked after, along with caring for our home like her own.
