I'm a former Chinese doctor and a medical research scientist in New Zealand and Australia for 20 years, having worked in a series of prestigious universities in both countries. my latest position was in UQ as a facility coordinator. I have a 17 y/o son who goes to QASMT, at year 12, aiming at going to uni to become a highly specialised cardiac sonographer.

We're happy, simple and pleasant people; being devoted to and responsible for what we do is our nature. We have the habit of keeping our home clean and tidy for good mood and positive energy.

We have always rent in expensive suburbs for schools and my son's safety. I'm currently in a work transition and waiting for more money to come from overseas so that we can purchase a property that suits us well.
A friend recommended that I become a house sitter for a fairly long period of time so that the house owner and ourselves can be beneficial from our good habit and responsible behaviour, and enough time and more savings for a suitable property, responsively.
