Hello my name is Justine and I have only just registered for house sitting on this site, so hoping I will be given an opportunity to show you I'm a responsible woman in the my late 30's, who also loves animals and likes maintaining a clean and tidy house, and anything else that is required, ie watering garden, plants etc etc.
Previously I have been living in the Eastern Suburbs Tamarama, however my situation changed recently and I'm temporarily staying with my parents and our beautiful dogs in Sydney's north.
Given that all of my furniture is currently in storage, I thought I would take the opportunity to do some housesitting, in order to save some money and attempt to reduce my current mortgage, as I have an investment property in the inner city.
I work a normal 8.30am-5.30pm ish job at Credit Suisse in the CBD. While the job requires a level of resposibility, I generally work office hours so would be available to mind, look after and walk your precious pets (or dogs) if you have any.
Ideally it would be nice to housesit close to the city, however I am mobile and very flexbile, so happy to consider offers which are further away from the inner city suburbs.
I have house minded people's homes on occasions over the years, so consider myself a responsible indiviudal, who has the utmost respect for other people's homes. Being a dog lover I would also be happy to help mind the family pets as well.
In my spare time I like to keep fit by excercising, spending time at the beach, pilates and being outdoors. I also love reading and cooking.
Working at a bank I have had the highest form of screening and background checks, so happy to provide those details if requested. I also can provide character references from my last position held at Blake Dawson lawyers (for ten years), or in my current role at Credit Suisse. I also have a written reference from my last landlord in Tamarama.
At this stage I'm flexible with length of stay. I could committ to months or for a short period of a week or less.
The man in the photo is not my boyfriend unforutnately otherwise I would not need to be on this site! :) :)
The furry friends in the pictures are our beautiful puppies that live with my parents although one of them is mine. So I look after both dogs regurarly when my family are away. They are our babies!
